3. Remuneration.
3.1 The 20% trade discount.
which is the difference between retail price and wholesale price is credited to
the distributor’s account and is not included in the value used for calculation
of personal and group volume.

3.2 Monthly direct commission is paid on distributors' personal
volume (do not include first 240 VP). The amount depends on the status
according to the following list:

Please note that the initial US$ 240 purchase performed on registration is not
included in the direct commission calculation

3.3 Monthly Network commission - is paid to a sponsor (a
distributor who has other distributors registered under him) and depends on the
difference between his status and the status of his distributors. It is
calculated as a percentage of the group monthly volume according to the
following list:

3.4 Management Bonus
This bonus is paid to a Leader and is composed of two components:
1. Three percent (3%) of the GVP of all Leaders signed directly
under him (first level), less the GVP of any second or lower level Leaders.
2. Ten percent (10%) of all Management Bonuses of other
Leaders of second or lower levels in his network.
4. Glossary.
Distributor: A person or legal entity who has fulfilled the
conditions of the above marketing plan.
Volume Unit (VP): A measure of the size of purchases. One VP
is equivalent to one US $.
PVP (Personal Volume Point): Purchases credited to a personal
account belonging to a specific Business ID
GVP (Group Volume Point): The PVP of a distributor plus all
PVPs of all other distributors in his own network-tree within a certain month.
CVP (Cumulative Volume Point): PVP accumulated since joining
the company during a specific period.
Business ID: Personal unique identifying number.
Sponsor: A distributor's sponsor is the distributor directly
above him in a network-tree.
Network (Network-tree): The set of all distributors under a
certain originating distributor and their positions relative to each other.
Commission : Money reward as per marketing plan given by the
company to a distributor on a monthly basis for his results during the
preceding month.
Status: The rank of a distributor according the company's
marketing plan.
