1. Registration.

To register as a distributor of Avarmedia you have to:

  • Sign an electronic agreement of collaboration at the company’s website

  • Fill in a form with your personal information

  • Purchase Distributor Starter Package.



2. Status.

    Distributor : This is an initial status in the Company. Status DISTIBUTOR attached to person who signed agreement with the Company and received Distributor Starter Package. Starter Package provides DISTRIBUTOR with serial number, access into the Virtual Office and gives the possibility of the acquisition of production on the wholesale price.

    Partner : This status is appropriated to the person, who carried out volume on his serial number - 240 VP. This status gives the possibility to begin business (to sign under itself new distributors).

    Manager : This status is reached if one of the three following conditions is satisfied:

    •  A Partner has accumulated direct purchases totaling 1000 VP.

    •  A Partner has two distributors registered under him and has accumulated a purchasing volume of 2400 CVP (Cumulative Value Points: Total purchases accumulated since joining the company),

    •  A Partner has three distributors registered under him and has accumulated a volume of 1200 CVP (then anybody registers as a Manager he is receiving 1200$ in products)

    Supervisor : This status is attained when a Manager has fulfilled one of the following two requirements:

    •  He has three Managers in three different branches of his organization-network and has accumulated purchases of 4800 CVP

    •  He has two Managers in two different branches and accumulated purchases of 9600 CVP

    Director : The requirements for a distributor to reach this status are one of the following:

    •  He has three Supervisors in three different branches of his network-tree and has accumulated purchases of 20000 CVP

    •  He as two Supervisor in two different branches and accumulated purchases of 40000 CVP

    Group Director : Requirements for this status are: The distributor has three Directors in three different branches of his network-tree and has accumulated purchases of 80000 CVP, or he has two Directors in two different branches and accumulated purchases of 160000 CVP.

    Leader : The requirements are: Three Group Directors in three different branches and accumulated purchases of 320000 CVP, or two Group Directors in two different branches and accumulated purchases of 640000 CVP.

    With the fulfillment of the above mentioned conditions, the new status is immediately assigned to a distributor. This is done online. Once a certain status has been attained by a distributor, it never changes back to a lower status.

3. Remuneration.

3.1 The 20% trade discount.
which is the difference between retail price and wholesale price is credited to the distributor’s account and is not included in the value used for calculation of personal and group volume.

3.2 Monthly direct commission is paid on distributors' personal volume (do not include first 240 VP). The amount depends on the status according to the following list:

  • Partner - 20%

  • Manager - 25%

  • Supervisor - 30%

  • Director - 35%

  • Group Director - 40%

  • Leader - 45%


Please note that the initial US$ 240 purchase performed on registration is not included in the direct commission calculation

3.3 Monthly Network commission
- is paid to a sponsor (a distributor who has other distributors registered under him) and depends on the difference between his status and the status of his distributors. It is calculated as a percentage of the group monthly volume according to the following list:

  • Partner - 0%

  • Manager - 5%

  • Supervisor - 5-10%

  • Director - 5-15%

  • Group - Director - 5-20%

  • Leader - 5-25%



The network commission is paid if monthly PVP not less then -

  • Partner - 0$

  • Manager - 40$

  • Supervisor - 80$

  • Director - 120$

  • Group - Director - 160$

  • Leader - 200$

3.4 Management Bonus
This bonus is paid to a Leader and is composed of two components:

1. Three percent (3%) of the GVP of all Leaders signed directly under him (first level), less the GVP of any second or lower level Leaders.

2.  Ten percent (10%) of all Management Bonuses of other Leaders of second or lower levels in his network.



4. Glossary.

Distributor: A person or legal entity who has fulfilled the conditions of the above marketing plan.

Volume Unit (VP): A measure of the size of purchases. One VP is equivalent to one US $.

PVP (Personal Volume Point): Purchases credited to a personal account belonging to a specific Business ID

GVP (Group Volume Point): The PVP of a distributor plus all PVPs of all other distributors in his own network-tree within a certain month.

CVP (Cumulative Volume Point): PVP accumulated since joining the company during a specific period.

Business ID: Personal unique identifying number.

Sponsor: A distributor's sponsor is the distributor directly above him in a network-tree.

Network (Network-tree): The set of all distributors under a certain originating distributor and their positions relative to each other.

Commission : Money reward as per marketing plan given by the company to a distributor on a monthly basis for his results during the preceding month.

Status: The rank of a distributor according the company's marketing plan.
